Lara Fairall

Lara Fairall MBChB, PhD is the founding Director of the Knowledge Translation Unit (KTU), at the University of Cape Town and Professor in Global Healthcare Delivery at King’s College London. The KTU are developers of the Practical Approach to Care Kit (PACK) which supports provision of evidence-informed primary care in LMICs and has been implemented at scale in South Africa and Ethiopia, piloted in Nigeria and Botswana, and is being scaled up in Brazil and Indonesia. Lara has an interest in knowledge translation, clinical decision support tools, and their role in health system strengthening and implementation research.
